Cool a double room with a view. Attentive and caring staff, free wake up service and ironing. Favourable and excellent location, to the tourist spots. Based close to downtown restaurants as well as beautiful Palawan.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, even when we requested a late check out on short notice. They were helpful in providing suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. The location was perfect, with many nearby restaurants and a mall for any last-minute needs. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a comfortable sitting area. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

This hotel was a great base for exploring Puerto Princesa. We had an enjoyable stay in a superior double room for 3 nights. The hotel's chef is excellent.

Its breakfast was marvellous, we liked the location too.

We had a great trip to a hotel in Puerto Princesa. The staff, especially Jane and Jake, provided amazing customer service and made us feel welcomed. The flexible check-in and check-out times were a convenient perk. We also loved taking a rental van to tour the city, a memorable experience.

Booked a room with a queen bed and a single. A coffee maker, a seating area, and a writing desk were available in the room. The location in a very nice area was excellent and incredible and there were shopping centers and a big shopping mall nearby.

During my stay, I found the hotel's location really convenient as it was close to several shopping malls, making it easy to grab whatever I needed. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary airport transfers, which was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were impeccable, including a large and clean pool area and an excellent breakfast spread. Lastly, the staff made my stay memorable with their friendly and attentive service.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport and the room was clean upon arrival. the location is convenient and close to nice restaurants and shops.

The noise level was unbearable throughout the night and early morning due to the loudness of other guests. the staff did not honor my request for a quiet room.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It was right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore Puerto Princesa. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast selection was great, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

The only minor issue was the firmness of the beds, but this didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short drive from the airport and close to many shops and restaurants. You can find the largest mall nearby and there are some interesting places down towards the harbourfront area. The reception staff is friendly and the complimentary airport pick-up is impressive.
